Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of coffee and consumable items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items once they have been opened, as we cannot guarantee their quality after leaving our facility. However, exceptions apply for damaged or incorrect items as detailed below.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, Morning Duck will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your return request. For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds & Replacements
We will notify you once we have received your refund or replacement request and inform you whether it has been approved. Refund or replacement requests should include picture(s) as evidence of the damaged good(s). If your request is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days from the date of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchange Options
As an alternative to a refund, we offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We also offer store credit with a 10% bonus value as a goodwill gesture, which can be requested by the customer or offered by Morning Duck at its discretion.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at nicole@veraventures.com. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
